Our clinic is open, but it is not business as usual.
Appointment hours are being managed on a weekly basis to promote social distancing and flow. The office suite door is locked during business hours and our reception lounge is "closed". We will greet you at the suite door at your scheduled appointment time. (If we're running a few minutes behind, we apologize. We are doing our best to keep up!) We are also asking that you leave unscheduled guests/children home or waiting in the car if possible. These are steps we've taken at the recommendation of the agencies who regulate our work to ensure we are contributing to the greatest good for our patients and community at large.
Please CANCEL if in the past 14 days you've:
- been on plane, cruise, or traveled to a widely impacted area
- had fever, cough, shortness of breath, illness, or a + COVID-19 test
- been in contact with someone meeting above criteria
Cancels via text or voicemail acceptable, and we are currently waiving our late cancellation fees.
And please know, we are taking many other precautions within our clinic to make sure the health of our patients and staff remains our top priority. We have increased our cleaning protocols and added additional measures to further protect patients and staff from communicable disease transmission.
We really listen to our patients. We want you to feel better as soon as possible! This is why we provide adjustments, therapies, and treatments that are personalized for YOUR body. No cookie cutter treatment plans are offered in our office; we know that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to hands-on care.
And because we want to help you manage your own health, we will teach you lifestyle habits that bring you REAL, lasting results.
Our patients often say they trust us because we have their best interests at heart. We don't pressure anyone to commit to more care than they need or want. We will always give you our best recommendations for care, but it is your choice what care is right for you. This also means that if you aren't improving and feeling better, we will refer you to a doctor or therapist who we know and trust to help you along. We believe it is our 100% commitment to your best outcomes that makes us a local leader in chiropractic care, and the reason why we are primarily a referral-based practice.
When you help someone feel better, they become such raving fans that they send in their family and friends, too. Hearing that we are talked about during family reunions, over the dinner table, or with friends at work is truly our highest honor, and greatest compliment!
We want you to feel comfortable sharing all your health concerns and receiving treatment and provide private treatment rooms for each patient.
Simply stated, we don’t offer cookie-cutter treatment plans. Because each patient is different, our treatment plans are designed with your specific condition and goals for healing in mind.
While the benefits of regular chiropractic care and healthy nutrition can’t be overstated, we don’t pressure our patients to commit to long-term adjustment plans or supplement regimens up front. As we get to know you and understand your needs, we will make suggestions regarding frequency of care and other adjunctive therapies as pertinent to each patient’s condition and personal goals.
In addition to adjusting the spine, it is important to also support the surrounding musculature and structural imbalances that contribute to joint dysfunction. For these reasons, we may incorporate healing modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, microcurrent, cryotherapy, or Graston Therapy in addition to the chiropractic adjustments.
